Shipping issue

Hi guys, trust y’all good!
Please am having issue with shipping, at the cart page, customers are meant to choose state & town to deliver their orders. This displays all available shipping in the selected location but at the checkout where existing customers are to log in. Upon login, only one shipping mode displays and others invisible. Any brilliant idea to tackle this? Any help is appreciated…The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I understand that you have multiple shipping options configured, but in the checkout page, only one instance shows up.
With that said, it isn’t immediately clear what exactly your shipping configuration looks like (shipping zones), if you are using the built in default shipping methods (flat rates etc.), if you are using any API-based methods for live rates, or if you have any setting/plugins to control the shipping by user location.
As a first step, please send us your status report as found under “WooCommerce > Status” page.
Additionally, please send us a screenshot of your overall shipping zones, as well as the Selling and Shipping location settings found under “WooCommerce > Settings > General” settings page.

I’m using API based method for delivery to take days and flat rate for instant shipping. As it stands, only the default shipping method (flat rate) displaying when customers log in at the checkout, the API based method disappears. Meanwhile, this doesn’t happen with new customers but the existing ones

Hello,
As it stands, only the default shipping method (flat rate) displaying when customers log in at the checkout, the API based method disappears. Meanwhile, this doesn’t happen with new customers but the existing ones
To clarify, default shipping methods appear properly for both logged-in and guest users, but the API based shipping methods don’t. If that’s the case, the issue is directly linked to the live shipping rate plugin.
From your system status, I see that you are using the following plugin to show live rates:
Sendbox Shipping: by sendbox – 3.3.3
I’d recommend reaching out to the plugin developer and have them take a look at the issue.
