What shipping plugins do you use ?

Is option “E” standard “free_shipping” method ?

I use https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/eshoplogisticru/, it is a frontend for eshoplogistic.ru. It creates shipping methods via standard Woocommerce mechanism.

Please, visit >WooCommerce>Status>Logs and review “fatal-errors” for today.

I’ve got like 9 or 10 orders with this problem on 2025-03-01, so I look into fatal-errors-2025-03-01.

Plugin was switched off immediately after problem was discovered, of course.

If you have test website — enable our plugin and comment line #23 in file
plugins/eshoplogisticru/Modules/Shipping.php

Will you be able to switch shippng method ?

I’ve managed to test it on my website (activate plugin make // line 23).

I choose first delivery option in cart, but after pressing ‘pay for the order’ it turns out that in the order it falls back to ‘Please do not send’, and customers pays only for goods and nothing for delivery.
