Shipping issues with Woocommerce 4.0 update

I was setting up shipping zones yesterday using the formula 10 + (2 * [qty]) and it was calculating fine. I did the 4.0 update and tried to set up more formulas in other shipping zones and now get an error of unexpected ‘)’ when I click save and it won’t save the info. Also I’m getting an error “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.” when testing an address that isn’t local. It’s like it won’t see any zones past the first one listed. I have seen there are other people experiencing the no shipping options available issue and they are working on that. The formula issue happens when you add a new one or change an existing one. Is there an ETA of the new update that fixes some of these issues?
