To submit a ticket request for it, please head to this form.
From there, select the WooCommerce Shipping extension in the “I need help with” dropdown. Here is a screenshot for your reference:

If you don’t see all your purchased extensions in the list (it is limited to 16 extensions at the moment), please use the Search box to locate it. Also, note that you need to be logged in with the user account that originally made the free “purchase” for the extension.
