    I’m trying to generate a shipping label. Every time I try to generate the label, it asks me to add a credit card. Well, I added a credit card several times, but it keeps asking me and won’t allow me to generate a label.

    Would you mind opening a ticket for this from your WooCommerce.com account? We’ll need some private information to help further.

    To submit a ticket request for it, please head to this form.

    From there, select the WooCommerce Shipping extension in the “I need help with” dropdown. Here is a screenshot for your reference:

    If you don’t see all your purchased extensions in the list (it is limited to 16 extensions at the moment), please use the Search box to locate it. Also, note that you need to be logged in with the user account that originally made the free “purchase” for the extension.

    Okay. I did everything that you asked and it is submitted.

    To print this shipping label, add a credit card to your account.

    Credit card was added many times. If I click on the back link. It shows the credit card on file.

    I have done everything you have asked. I updated the database and I go to create a label and the following happens:
    1 – Please add a credit card to your account to purchase a label.
    2. I add a credit card. (More that 5 are in there already)
    3. Nothing happens – I go to print a label again.
    4. Refer to #1.
    5. This is Mind boggling.

    Sorry to hear that you are having this issue as well.
    As the plugin is supported directly by WooCommerce.com I recommend that you open a support ticket with them here:
    https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket
    You will need to log into your account on WooCommerce.com, then select the plugin from the *I need help with* dropdown.
