Shipping live rates integration

  • I’m trying to get live rates from XPS shipping integration, I worked with XPS shipping to get the account setup and connected. On their end it says i am connected but when I try to test the rates no rates come up on my site and they don’t receive their logs on their end.

    I am not a web developer, I’m learning as i go at the moment. I am so stuck an am in desperate need of help. Is there any developer on here that would be willing to help me.
