Hello ,
When there is an order from my shop , its charges each products for a shipping fee , instead of charging a fixed amount for multiple productsHow can I disable this function , to have only fixed amount of shipping fees for multiple orders ( products )

The settings and available options will very much depend on the shipping method that you’re using.
If you’re using the WooCommerce Flat Rate methed, you can set a flat shipping rate for the entire order:
