    Thank you Choutin for reaching out. We also noticed you submitted a support request on our website directly. We decided to respond here, so other users can view the response.

    Yes, you are correct, the Shipping Method is not included in the 3 templates. We agree, this data point should be included. We are working on a new version to include Shipping Method on the Customer Order Receipt template. We hope to have the new release very shortly with this update to the template.

    For the other feature requests, Additional Charge and Local Pickup Time Plugins. At this time, we don’t have an estimate on supporting Third Party Plugins. We have a list of requested Third Party Plugins to support, we can add those two you requested to the list for us to review and evaluate.

    Do you have a time frame when the new release will be? The shipping method is really needed in an urgent. and yes please add those to plugin to the list. Thank you.

    We just released support for the Shipping Method for release 2.0.4.

    Now the Print Template – Customer Order Receipt will display the Shipping Method under the Customer Details section and within the Shipping Address field at the top before the Customer Shipping Information.

    We will consider this feature support issue closed.
