Shipping Method In eCommerce

I have eCommerce plugin installed on my site i-sastera.com. When a potential purchaser click the icon “Make Purchase”, the system responds with the message:
“You must select a shipping method, otherwise we cannot process your order.”
However, there is no where in the system that asks the potential buyer to select a shipping method.
