Shipping method is not changing

    Hello guys,

    I’m trying to change the shipping method on my woocommerce but it’s impossible for me.

    If I add a item to the cart, you can see in shipping methods “Standard Delivery (3/7 days) ( Due to the covid-19 we cannot ship until April 17)” which was an old shipping method, but the real shipping method now at my woocommerce settings is “Standard Delivery (3/7 days)”.

    I tried cleaning it from:
    Woocommerce > Status > Tools and cleaning tables and transients, but nothing changes.

    Then I tried cleaning some transients manually from the Database:

    Log into your websites database (usually done through your webhost using PhpMyAdmin).
    Find the “wp_options” table for your site.
    Find all rows in the wp_options table using the LIKE operation to find wc_ship. Using PhpMyAdmin this can be done by selecting the wp_options table and then clicking “Search” on the top menu bar, then entering “%wc_ship%” into the “option_name” field.
    Select all of the rows, and delete them.

    But still nothing happens.

    Please, could you help me?

    Hi there!

    Just to reconfirm that I’m understanding correctly, you no longer have the shipping method titled Standard Delivery (3/7 days) ( Due to the covid-19 we cannot ship until April 17) under any shipping zone here: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping zones, but you’re still seeing that on the front-end?

    If yes, can you please share a screenshot of WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping zones as a response to this topic?

    About caching, I know CDN option is not activated at my site but I’m not sure about anything more.

    Thank you for following up with the screenshot.

    I cannot think of anything obvious other than caching that could be causing this. So I’d recommend the following troubleshooting steps in order:

    1. Reach out to your web host and confirm that there’s no caching set up for my-account, cart and checkout pages
    2. If that doesn’t help, perform a complete conflict test on a staging site what could be causing this.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
