Do you have it enabled at WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Options? If so and it still isn’t showing, then something on your site must be causing the problem – likely your theme, but could be another plugin.
Try temporarily switching back to the WordPress Twenty Sixteen Theme, or Storefront, and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
and other thing, shipping method is not appearing on checkout page.
Could you send a link to a screenshot of your shipping zones and another for the shipping method settings? Also test this while doing the above steps while disabling things.
