Shipping Method not displaying in cart

After WP updated to 4.6 a couple of weeks back, One of my shipping methods all of a sudden stopped displaying. The store is here: https://berthamaesbrownies.com/

Basically, I have a shipping zone for Local and it uses two methods, Local Delivery and Local Pickup. Local Delivery is the one that stopped working. I have a Taxable Status, a 7 dollar flat cost, I do see information for a shipping class called ‘Cookies’ which has no charge, but I’m not using it on the majority of items on my site.
