Shipping Method Not Visible

    I installed this plugin and inputted my user ID, access key, address, etc. into the settings and then enabled UPS Basic as a shipping method, but on my live site I do not see any UPS shipping method available (only the other two shipping methods I created previously). I have updated WordPress, the plugin, and my theme and logged into my UPS profile to see if my information was up to date and it was.
