Shipping methods

Hi there,

Setting a product as virtual disables all shipping-related fields such as shipping dimensions. A virtual product will also not trigger the shipping calculator in cart and checkout.

Can you confirm if your digital products are both ‘Downloadable’ and ‘Virtual’ from the product’s edit page?

For variable products, you can check “Virtual” on the Variations tab:
