    Hello,

I am unable to bring up the shipping methods option on the Edge or Safari browsers.

After turning on debug mode, the shipping zone appears in the Chrome browser as “Everywhere”, but it does not appear in the Edge browser. I’ve also noticed the same in Safari.

I even have shipping methods assigned to “Locations not covered by your other zones” but still no shipping methods appear on those browsers.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi, @omariv!

I checked your site with a Safari browser, and I got the following result at checkout:

Is that different from what you’ve been experiencing? If yes, can you see if clearing the browser caches on both Edge and Safari helps?

    Hi @dcka

Yes, it is different from what I’m experiencing. Using Safari, there is no shipping zone that appears on the Cart page. When you proceed to the Checkout page, there are no shipping methods presented.

I’ve tried several times to clear the cache and it didn’t change the result. The same thing happens on the Edge browser, even in Guest mode.

    Hey again!

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi @slash1andy

After further testing, I am able to reproduce this issue on any browser with all plugins disabled except for Woocommerce and using the Storefront theme.

It only occurs when I am logged out. When I am logged in, I get the “Customer matched zone ‘Everywhere'” alert.

I have created a cart page for testing.

Please let me know your thoughts.

    Thanks,

    Omari

Nevermind. This is user error on my part. Turns out zones only appear when a shipping address is entered, which happens automatically when you’re logged in.

    Thanks for your help.
