    Wordpress/Woocommerce beginner here in need of help!
    I thought I had the Woocommerce downloaded and applied correctly- However as you can see in the link for the cart it’s not and it’s quite a mess!
    In addition– shipping is not being calculated and charged! I’ve gone through the settings to correct issues but it’s still not calculating/charging shipping. I’ve been scanning this forum for tips but can’t seem to find any direct or recent discussion threads about this and the other issues my site is having.

    I’d be very grateful for any help!

  • You need to configure your shipping areas and put a weight/dimensions in your product.

    Can you let me know what you are using for your shipping methods? Do you have Shipping Zones set up?

    Yes- I have US shipping zone with USPS for shipping..

    Thanks for the reply @littleteacart – which USPS extension or plugin are you using?

    My first thought would be to ask for support from whoever supports that (especially if that is us at WooCommerce.com) to ensure you have everything set up correctly as something isn’t correct.

    Thanks @dougaitken. I’m not sure what you mean my extension but I chose USPS (WooCommerce Services) from the drop down. After trying all day yesterday to fix it I gave up and sent in a service ticket to woocommerce.

    The help I’ve received from WooCommerce support in response to my ticket has been very frustrating.. and now I have 4 customers trying to order but the WooCommerce shipping is still not working! I have USPS listed, gone thru everything and LOTS of videos to try to figure and fix… sigh HELP!

    I am so frustrated by this experience I am considering switching to another provider. I need help with correcting shipping layout and calculation as well as formatting the cart so it doesn’t say ‘text’ everywhere. I’ve sent tickets into Woocommerce I keep getting different ‘WooCommerce happiness helpers’ and the problem is still NOT resolved– in the meantime I have customers waiting to place orders and my business is being hurt!

    I thought this morning the advice was going to work and I did a ‘test’ with one product– I made the changes to the product weights for one of my teas in the hopes that it would fix the shipping as the helper had said ” Doing so will allow WooCommerce Services to calculate the weight, and return the correct rate”…

    Well that did not work! is there someone I can call- ONE person instead of a different one every time? — I normally have lots of patience with sort of thing especially as I’m a rookie at websites. But seeking help in this instance has been awful… Can anyone on WordPress help?
