Shipping not calculating correctly

  • We’ve noticed that the shipping rates are not calculating correctly consistently. Here’s how my table is set up:

    1000|5.00|1
    0.8125|14.95|2
    2.8125|24.95|2
    1000|44.95|2
    0.8125|14.95|0
    2.8125|28.95|0
    1000|59.95|0

    1 = US
    2 = Canada
    0 = All other countries
    weight is in pounds

    The problem seems to be when a Canadian customer (2) purchases an item that should cost $14.95 to ship, but instead is being charged $24.95. I’ve checked the weights of the products in Woo Commerce and they’re correct. Is this a bug in the plug-in?

    Forgot to say that this is generally what happens. Once in a while, the shipping rate is calculated correctly, but not very often.
