Shipping Not in Cart Total

    I have WooCommerce Square and the Printful Integration for WooCommerce plugins. At checkout it never shows the shipping charge even after an address is added. I have Printful shipping enabled in the WC shipping settings. I didn’t see a place to choose shipping choices at checkout like flat rate, express, etc so I thought that may be the problem. I went into Printful settings and turned off all shipping options except flat rate, and I still don’t see shipping delineated when placing the order, just price of the product and the tax. Could you point me to a solution?

    I figured it out. In WooCommerce>General I had shipping locations set to Disable Shipping & Shipping Calculations. When I changed that setting to Ship to All Countries You Sell To, it now works.
