Hello,

If I put the zone with local pickup it won’t show other shipping options to the person if they don’t want to pick up. If I put the main shipping zone on top it doesn’t show any local pickup option.

Shipping zones match customer address from top to bottom. Can you click & drag the 3 bars of the In store pickup and bring it above United States, and check again if correct shipping methods show up on the checkout page?

Also, when you are in the cart and you click update address it won’t change it. I have this site copied over to a staging server for testing. I’ve deactivated all plugins excpet for Elementor, Elementor Pro, Woolentor and Woolentor pro, Woocommerce, sezzle payment gateway, shipstation and authorize.net gateway, woocommerce shipping and tax. I’m using hello elementor theme but have tried switching over to storefront with not success getting it to work.

This still looks like a conflict issue. To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

I switched to Storefront and deactivated all but the Woocommerce and checked the cart and when I click to change address, it jumps to the top of the screen and won’t let me change anything.

I have tried putting the local pickup above the other one but that makes it where only local pickup is available.

I don’t see any errors. Everything is green and seems to be working. I have this site on WPEngine. Do you think that caching could be an issue?

As a best practice, it is advised to exclude your Cart, My Account, and Checkout pages from your caching service. Please have a look at our guide here to learn more: https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/

Well I had WPE turn off the caching for those pages and unfortunately it did not resolve the issue with Local pickup. When I have all the plugins disabled and only woocommerce and storefront active it still doesn’t work. When I click the button it returns a # in the url and the page just scrolls to the top of the page and won’t even let you change the address. I don’t see any js errors in the chrome dev tools and i don’t see any errors in the system status. I’m at a loss as to why this isn’t working
