Shipping not visible

In front end:
There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.

In backend:
I keep getting this error when i run the test from the page product:

FORBIDDEN: User web@**** does not have access to financial information for customer ****. You might want to contact the mybring administrator for this customer (typically a privileged user from that customer).
Bring did not return any shipping rates.

Note: I have weight and size and shipping size set.
As well I have choose the bring products 5600.
