Shipping not working :Intl Flat Rate and local pickup

    Hello,

    I’ve got 2.4.7 installed.
    In the checkout page, when i select intl. Flat rate or local pickup shipping option it appears the message:
    We’re sorry but the payment method is not activated for your state.
    The settings are :
    General Settings:

    – Selling locations: All countries
    – Default customer address : geolocate / no address (i’ve tried with both of them)

    Shipping
    Shipping options : Restrict shipping to locations -> Ship to all countries you sell to

    Where the problem ?

    Please help me out.
