    I would suggest you to turn on debug mode from plugin settings page, to find out the issue.

    i am having the same trouble. For international its saying the postal code is wrong.

    So I figured out what was going on. People are placing just their postal code in in their “View Cart” option and that brings it up as no shipping available. However if they go through to the checkout page it works. I don’t know if that is an issue with the plugin as debugging doesn’t show up in the “view cart” option but I am just going to take out that calculate option in that area so no one gets confused.

    In cart page, it should work if you give proper values in ‘calculate shipping’ tools.

    If you are having any trouble we recommend you to turn on debug mode from plugin settings page. In cart/checkout page it will show debug results.
