Shipping only offers one option, without adding cost

Hi all

For the last couple of years, my customers have been able to choose between two shipping options that I set up (standard, and tracked) which I charge the same amount for globally.

I was doing this on the cart page – ie: before they’d entered address details (which for paypal, they don’t do on my site anyway)… hence the same postage globally. In in NZ. Anything that isn’t NZ is thousands of miles away, so shipping costs work out about the same.

Unfortunately, something has changed… and now it is only showing one option, without a price attached.

I’ve tried setting up “zones” (everything is ‘rest of world”), but only one option is displaying… and it doesn’t add the cost for that item.

This problem appears to be independent of theme.

Any idea how to offer different types of shipping on the cart page?
