Hi,
I need some help with weight based shipping plugin problem.
1) I have 2 shipping option – Self Pickup and Domestic Shipping.
The problem is – this cart shown 3 shipping option.
the 3rd option is duplicated the 2 option (Domestic Shipping)
Could it be because I changes the plugin? I was using WooCommerce Shipping & Tax but then I changes to WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping.

I’ve posted this on WooCommerce forum but they ask me to ask for help here (with the author) since this duplication disappeared when I deactivate weight based shipping plugin while I’ve tested for conflict.
Hope I can get some help with this and thanks in advance.

Hi Fad,

To prevent the third option from appearing for the order, you have to change your Weight Based Shipping rules so they aren’t activated for this order.

1. WordPress: 5.8.1, WooCommerce: 5.8.0, Weight Based Shipping: 5.3.16, PHP: <version>.

3. I’m testing it with the order:
Item #1: 5, 0, 1
Item #2: 1.2, 0, 1
etc
Total order weight: 6.2
Order subtotal: RM668
Shipping destination: Malaysia, Sarawak, 98000

4. I expect to see
— Self Pickup:
— Domestic Shipping: RM62.50

5. I do see instead:
— Self Pickup:
— Domestic Shipping: RM62.50
— Domestic Shipping: RM62.50`

– What shipping options do you see if you disable this WBS shipping method?

Hi Dan,
Yes, that’s the only shipping rules in my shipping zone beside the self pickup option.
Ok, the duplicated shipping option now gone when disable the the WBS shipping rules.
and it should be good for now.
