Shipping option failure

    Customers are saying ‘it keeps telling me the order requires a shipping option even though one has been selected

    and I continue to get the “shipping option required”

    Looks like shipping options plugin is working Ok but once customers try to order it will not submit.

    Hi @cshinkin

    The Braintree plugin doesn’t have a shipping option validation. WooCommerce performs all of the validations pertaining to checkout fields. It’s possible you have a 3rd party plugin that’s using the checkout filter to validate a field incorrectly.
