Weird one here. I have just installed and activated the Royal Mail shipping plugin on my site. I had a lifetime license from a previous site that is now defunct but I’ve transferred the plugin this site (successfully) using tool in the Extensions area of woocommerce.
However there’s no ‘Settings’ option in the plugin to edit shipping info – there’s only Support|Docs|Deactivate options and there’s also nothing related to shipping in Woocommerce>settings

Any idea what the issue is here?
    Thanks

  • Hello,

First thing, You just need to de-activate this plugin and check that WooCommerce default shipping is working or you are getting the same issue in WooCommerce too and if the issue is coming from your Royal Mail Shipping plugin then contact to their support team they will assist you in a more better way.

Hope this will help you in resolving your issue.

    Howdy @soulstacks!

I agree with @makewebbetter that you should check to see that WooCommerce default shipping is working.

I also think you may be using an outdated version of the Royal Mail plugin if you’re not seeing settings/options and mention a lifetime license.

    Are you using this plugin:

    https://woocommerce.com/products/royal-mail/ ?

If so, you should be at version 2.5.19. If you aren’t, please try updating following the information in the video here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-woocommerce-com-subscriptions/#section-1

And if that doesn’t help, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there.

Thanks guys and embarrassing to say that the reason was that I’d totally missed the shipping locations dropdown box on the general tab! It defaulted to not allowing shipping which is why the shipping option wasn’t active! Changed that and it works (of course it works!)
    Sorry. Thanks again!

Glad you found the issue, and no problem at all!

Thanks so much for using WooCommerce! ??
