Shipping Options Do Not Display

I have this plugin installed but id does not display. I’ve tried with my usps id aswell as the default and nothing displays. I also have a “Free” option that works but I’ve also disabled it and nothing on this plugin.

What should I check? Since this is a simple plugin, I’ve followed the install dierctions to a T.
