Shipping options for user roles

I currently use the Premium Shipping Plugin for weight based Shipping. However, i now also have just set up a Wholesale side to my business using the Customer Discounts Plugin. How can i get a user role based shipping option. We want to add a flat rate shipping for our Wholesale customers but dont want our retail customers to see this rate and also dont want our Wholesale customers seeing our Retail customers shipping options. Anyone know a way to do it with my current Plugins or how to do this?
