shipping options missing

When I choose the same product 3 times it’s OK
When I choose 4 times doesn’t show me the shipping options

Item #1: 0Kg, shipping class: ZONA 1 Tarragona, quantity: 4
etc
Total order weight: 0 Kg
Order subtotal: 5,36€
Shipping destination: Tarragona

4. I expect to see
— Regular Shipping: 4.8€

5. I do see instead:
“Enter your address to see shipping options”
