  • Hi @shohanur420,

Thank you for reaching out to us. From the screenshot you’ve provided, it seems that the shipping options and charges are indeed not being displayed. This can happen for a variety of reasons, so let’s troubleshoot this step by step.

Firstly, could you please confirm if you have set up the shipping zones and methods correctly in WooCommerce? You can check this under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping. If you haven’t set up any shipping zones, here’s a guide that will help you through the process.

If your shipping zones are set up correctly, the next step is to ensure that there are no conflicts with other plugins or your theme. To do this, I recommend temporarily deactivating all your plugins except WooCommerce and CartFlows, and switching to a default theme like Storefront. If the shipping options appear after doing this, reactivate your plugins and theme one by one to identify which one is causing the conflict.

Additionally, since you’re using the CartFlows plugin, there might be specific settings within CartFlows that need to be configured. Have you checked the CartFlows settings to ensure that shipping is enabled and correctly set up there as well? If you have recently updated any plugins or themes, it’s possible that there might be compatibility issues. Checking the plugin support forums for similar issues might provide a solution. For example, renaming a conflicting file in the CartFlows plugin directory.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

If Shipping or Ship to Different Address is MISSING in you CHECKOUT Page, double check your “Product” details. Remember, Virtual products will not require “SHIPPING”, sometimes we make a mistake that a physical product has a check on the “Virtual” product. That will make the “Shipping” or “Ship to Different Address” DISSAPPEAR.
