Shipping options not available when logged in

    Hello,

    When a user or admin is logged in to their account, no shipping options will show on the checkout. When you’re logged out all the options show as normal.

    I’ve tried using just WooCommerce and the Twenty Twenty Two theme but it still doesn’t work.

    Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

    Thank you for reaching out!

    Kindly navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Options, and enable the Debug mode? Once that’s enabled, can you check if you are seeing the shipping methods on the checkout page as a logged in user?

    Also, in order for us to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your website’s System Status Report?

    You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    I’ve added products to cart and entered an address. It looks like the address I entered matches the zone “NL”, but there are no shipping methods available when logged out either.

    That’s strange, for me everything works just fine as long as I’m logged out.
    I see there are also multiple succesful orders last hours so at least some people seem to be able to order just fine.

    Thanks for sending a screenshot of your order shipping details.

    for me everything works just fine as long as I’m logged out.

    So that we can move ahead with the troubleshooting, may I ask you to follow these steps? This will allow us to narrow down a bit to what could be causing the issue.

    1. Create a staging site (use WP Staging plugin or ask your host)
    2. Update all your plugins to the latest available versions.
    3. Run a database update to match WooCommerce core’s version.
    4. Check if the functionality is working at this point. If not, go ahead with the below steps.
    5. Disable all plugins and leave only WooCommerce core active.
    6. Change the theme to Storefront.
    7. Purge your WP Rocket plugin’s cache and disable cache at the server.
    8. Check if the shipping options are working for both logged-in customers and guests.

    Hello,

    I have a staging at staging.moldbrothers.nl with all plugins etc. updated to the same version as on moldbrothers.nl. On the staging the shipping works perfectly, on moldbrothers.nl still not working when logged in.
    However, I think it’s only not working when logged in as an admin. When a normal customer logs in, it works just fine.

    I’ve already tried it with only WooCommerce (and with Flexible shipping also) and Twenty Twenty Two theme and it doesn’t work. Also no errors in the console.

    Anything else I can try?

    Do you see any fatal error logs in WooCommerce? Follow MayKato’s advice and go to WooCommerce > System Status > Logs and check for errors there. Here’s what that looks like:

    If there are no errors, can you enable debug logging in WordPress to check if errors are logged in the debug.log file?
