Shipping options not displaying

    hey there, I have both ups and usps live rates enabled so it’s a both issue. Specifically when you go to the second step the shipping options don’t show unless you refresh the cart.

    How to replicate: add something to the cart, go to the cart and go through checkout and enter your address. The second page will display blank for shipping options, once you refresh they will load.

    I’ve reached out to my cart plugin surecart and they’ve tested my site and think it’s a cache issue. But after testing with my hosting provider rocket.net they disabled cloudflare cache on the whole site and it still happens. So I wanted to reach out to you to see if there is something I can do to fix this.

    Im having a similar problem. UPS Live Rates causes the shipping cost area in checkout to never load. When you refresh the page it loads right away. Seems like some compatibility issue but havent been able to identify yet.

    Hi there,
    thank you for reporting these issues. Symptoms that you mention are quite generic and can be connected to various reasons.

    For a start I would check compatibility issues with another plugin/theme. In your staging site switch to Storefront theme and see if that helps. If it doesn’t please disable plugins one by one and check if after any w these operations live rates will be visible correctly.
