Shipping options not opt-in

  • Hello!

    Since a few days, my customers don’t get the option to calculate shipping rates.
    Normally they have the option ‘afhalen’ (= pickup) and the Wooreer calculation. This calculation is still visible, but it doesn’t give any distance or calculation. The API’s haven’t changed since the first installation. The opt-in circle is missing as well.

    Don’t be mistaken, I have now temporarily activated the standard ‘vast tarief’ (= fixed) from Woocommerce so customers can still buy and get their products.

    What might be the problem?

    Hello,

    The get deep insights about what might be wrong is please try to make an oder test with login as administrator and enable the WooCommerce shipping debug option. There will be a debug displayed while in cart page or checkout page. Then post here the debug output. We can start from there.
