Try this custom css:

}
.woocommerce .wc-proceed-to-checkout a.button.alt  {
  color:#fff;
}

Custom css can be entered at:
Dashboard > Appearance > Customise > Additional CSS

@lorro Thank you so much for that fix. It worked beautifully. I should have asked what the best way to get the white font on the Add to Cart buttons would be also, but for now you’re a life saver. Thanks again.

}

If that doesn’t work, try:

  color:#fff !important;
}
