Shipping optoins

Hello, Could someone tell me how I can disable other shipping options when the class is chosen on a product.

When a customer chooses one item that is collect in store only I would like all other shipping options to be overridden and only that shipping class to show as an option even if there are other items in the basket that have no class.

I have set up the class and it’s showing but doesn’t disable the other options which seems pointless when I am only offering the class option for that item as the customer can then choose any option they wish rather than only the option I have set. I’m not sure why that function is there on the free version if it can’t be overridden.
