Please do not ever post user IDs and passwords or offer to let anyone login into any site, even a dev site. That’s strickly discouraged and I’ve deleted the ID and password.

It’s fixed. In your case it was the length of the slugs of your shipping classes.

Mod security can impose a maximum key length and this was bing hit. We are looking now to see if there is any way around this in the future.

I’ve fixed your site for you and been able to save the shipping settings – can you check them please.

Also, please can you change the password for that login

Logging into someone’s installation is going too far and assumes too much liability and in some places you’re now on the hook for that site.

I get that you are helping your user out and I do appreciate that. Honest. But if you want to provide that level of support then please take it somewhere else away from these forums. Do not accept offers like that here again.
