Shipping Parameters not Pulling the Cost

Hello, apologies for the delay in getting back to you, I was on holiday and returned last Sunday.

The Merch Centre allows up to 20 shipping areas, that’s why we had the products disapproved in the first instance after adding Australia. I talked to the client and we’re going to fix this from our side.

As of now I have another problem with the shipping settings, it looks like the price is not picked up.

Let’s take VIC1 shipping zone for example,

For some reason the feed does not pick up the price. Anything I can do?

Please only consider the items where the shipping label is “charged freight”

Did you make sure to set the “zone regions” to Australia again?

We have just pushed out a new release of our PRO plugin, version 12.5.5, that should hopefully fix the issue at hand for you. Can you update the plugin and give it a try?

I did refresh the plugin and the feed, then waited another hour and refreshed the feed again. At that point the feed was updated and the price was feeding through; however, there was an error, the two shipping zones VIC1 and VIC2 where showing the same price (but VIC2 has higher fixed price).

Then I refreshed the feed again and now the price is showing 0 again

Ok, that is unfortunate.

Can you than provide screenshots of how your VIC2 shipping settings look now (including Australia as zone region)?
