I understand you’re experiencing issues with the shipping update and payment processing.

This is certainly not the standard experience we aim for our users to have, and we’re sorry to hear about it. Does it happen on all your orders after the update?

The “standard experience” is Woocommerice launched an update promising it would be seamless but has been the worst update experience I’ve ever had. Processing shipping payments is screwed up on every order. There’s other glitches that the previous version didn’t have as well. I regret updating. The shipping problems have already delayed customers getting their order shipped today. 5-10 seconds to process to 15 minutes is an outrageous screw up..

When we ask for logs, we’re looking for any records that might help us identify what’s causing the issue you’re experiencing. In the meantime, could you please disconnect and reconnect your site to WordPress.com again? Once you’ve done so, could you check if there’s any difference?

There is no “Woocommerce Shipping” listed. I can’t believe you don’t know how fix this. I see other businesses posting problems about your very flawed update. I need to go back to to the previous version that worked or I’m going to be forced to move my website to Shopify or a some other professional system that is isn’t a glitched outdated system

We disconnected from WordPress and reconnected nothing changed shipping labels take 15 to 20 minutes to render. The update crippled a working system.

Hi @ppepin, sorry to hear you are experiencing issues. Processing payment for new labels should definitely not be taking 15 minutes.

While we try and get to the bottom of the issue, if you want to revert back to the old plugin you can simply just de-activate WooCommerce Shipping which will then return your functionality from WooCommerce Shipping & Tax.

I would also recommend you perhaps open an ticket via https://woocommerce.com/my-account/contact-support/ so we can get more details about your site and try and get to the bottom of what the issue for you might be.

Discovered woocommerce shipping logs was not enabled no data to provide. I have to be a IT expert to use WordPress. That’s not my business and apparently not WordPress’s either. The problem has been clearly identified and yet you can’t offer a solution

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We’ll do our best to iron out all the issues for this new plugin as soon as possible; in the meantime, merchants can continue to use the old plugin as usual. I’m glad to learn that reverting to the previous plugin did the trick, as my colleague suggested.
