Shipping price not added to payment total

We’ve investigated this issue, and looks like when you chose other options of payments (i.e. cash, transfer, etc) you’re not using our module itself. These other payment options are features from WooCommerce plugin, which we don’t have permissions to modify in the name of Mercado pago.

How are you?

We think you have left Woo Mercado Pago environment when you had chosen another payment method (cash to pay) to receive payment from your customer. In our current module, we have support only to standard checkout (we’re with custo checkout in development phase). So the “cash to pay” you are using is not from our plugin, but very probably from WooCommerce native features or from non-oficial modules.

But i select cash from within the MercadoPago options, not WooCommerce.

Hi Ark74,

Can you please post here the whole sequence of your checkout? Starting from the product addition to the cart, until to the payment page. It sounds strange… because the plugin do not have (yet) cash to pay payment method. This feature even ins’t yet deployed in the Mercado Pago API. I’m really curious which steps are you proceeding to make this option appear to you.

The checkout sequence is really straight forward.
Product -> Add to car -> Checkout -> Select Payment Option (MercadoPago) -> Select Method (Credit Card/Cash/Etc) -> Go pay the bill.

I have MercadoPago as the only Payment Option, and it’s embedded at the checkout page using the iFrame integration.

For more details on the setup please visit the previous url blog post on earlier responses. Is there some info that i might be missing to share in order to find the cause of this issue?

Based in your steps, I think I just got where you are in the process.
Architecturally speaking, when you go through checkout (after clicking place order button), the module load/embed a view directly from Mercado Pago API. This view is created with code outside the module, that comes from the API itself. I’d like to point the following:
– Besides the view and the module are both Mercado Pago, they aren’t from the same context. I will notify the API team to take a look in the view;
– I’ve tested a order here and haven’t found the issue. The value in gray is the total value of your items and the “total” value in red is the overall value of the order (shipment+wrapping+etc). Strangely, it looks like ok here, with the sum correctly appearing to me.

If you’re in trouble with this issue, we can schedule a talk to check this problem.

Sorry, i got some issues with my ISP, it should be good now(/for now).

Well, then i’m really confused about what does the plugin actually do, since it seems that it calls instructions from the API that shouldn’t be available, and stuff.

Thanks anyway, i’ll test some other gateways and get back to check in the future maybe this will be fixed some months ahead.

Hello, i got same issue i just installed the latest update

I make a test with OXXO Cash payment and after generating the deposit slip, the total amount omits the shipping cost and just put the total product amount.

i have to desactivate the plugin because of this. ??
