Shipping rate

    Hi, I’ve set a flat shipping rate for all orders outside of the US to 9.99, but I have orders coming from Europe which are being shipped at 5.99. They are set to be 9.99 but are still being shipped at 9.99. Please look into this and help me solve it.

    Shipping USA zone is 5.99

    Locations not covered by your other zones is 9.99

    That looks OK.

    Can you enable Debug Mode in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Shipping Options

    That will show the Zone that is being selected in the checkout pages when you select the country
