Shipping rate variations?

    I have been having trouble getting support with other carts. Not real strong in the e-Commerce department yet.

    *My question (before implementing cart is : Can I create multiple shipping rate variations for different regions? Below is what the client needs ::

    SHIPPING: IF THE ORDER INCLUDES A T SHIRT, OR MORE THAN 2 CDS

    – In Switzerland: 6 EUROS
    – In France: 6 EUROS.
    – In Europe (excepts France): 15 EUROS.
    – Rest of the world: 20 EUROS.

    SHIPPING: IF THE ORDER INCLUDES ONLY ONE OR TWO CDS

    – In Switzerland: 1 EUROS
    – In France: 1.5 EUROS.
    – In Europe (excepts France): 3 EUROS.
    Rest of the world: 5.5 EUROS.
