Please upload only your plugin Printful to this test install and setup it the same way as in your website. In this way we can check if this is a compatibility issue.

Thanks for the heads up. We were in contact with the author in the past but it seems the changes proposed haven’t been added yet. Could you try the workaround from this ticket?

I also recommend you to contact the author as he may have an alternative solution.
