    Hello,

    According to your plugin description:

This plugin enables you to set the shipping zone (and shipping class) so the right shipping cost end up in your product feed. Our plugin uses all shipping zone settings you have configured in WooCommerce (flat rates, classes and free shipping). Our support also supports US and Australian postal codes and regions.

–> this is not working for me.

I have written about this at the link below and have been ignored for months. I don’t understand why. Is it because my support request requires a paid version of the plugin? Can you please be clear about why you have not responded? What do we need to do to get an answer, or better yet, a solution?

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/shipping-rates-come-out-wrong/

Now, Google Merchant Center is rolling out multi-country feeds. https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/10060790?hl=en

We are in Canada and have added the USA to our list of countries to show our product feed data to.

All our products are being rejected for USA ads for not having a tax or shipping rate set up. https://cloudup.com/c0lPvIFncMY I have attempted to solve the tax issue within Merchant Center settings. It would be nice if your plugin could take WooCommerce rates for multiple country settings, too.

However, regarding shipping, we DO now have a USA zone, with shipping rates in WooCommerce. But it not reading it from the feed. It doesn’t show up in the feed at all.

This is how we set up our WooCommerce shipping zones and rates: https://cloudup.com/isx04A9SIlD (there are two screenshots at that one link).

All of our products STILL come out with a single zone (called ‘Outside BC’) and show only one ‘paid’ rate within that one zone (even though there are other rates in that zone, and other zones with paid and free rates).

I HAVE turned on “Add shipping costs for all countries to feed (Google Shopping / Facebook only).” I also recently turned on “Remove all other shipping classes when free shipping criteria are met (Google Shopping / Facebook only)”. See here https://cloudup.com/c3wirZQD5Qf

We are not using shipping classes. Only zones.

Can you please tell us how we can solve this?

How can we comply with the Google Merchant Center feed rules to display shipping rates for USA and our Canadian zones?

How can we get our correct shipping options to show in the feed, with all our rates and zones?

I see I’m not the only one having an issue of this nature. Though, I can’t tell if my issue is the same as others’ such as:

https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/cant-get-shipping-to-show/ (we are using flat rates)

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/google-merchant-shipping-costs-issue/

    Thank you

According to Google their are 72 products in your feed that have a region set-up for Canada in the feed (the shipping part). Our plugin is taking those regions from your WooCommerce shipping methods and zones. So when you have created “regions” for Canada that won’t be allowed.

    By regions I mean this:

Whereas only this will be accepted by Google:

Hello can someone get back to me? I have updated the plugin to the latest version and am still getting the same error.

Hi, ok I updated your plugin, I took out the provinces and set up only “Canada” as the region per your instructions. I am still getting this error (and more now): https://cloudup.com/cF-lGc69XJU

On one of the products it gives as an example, it seems to want a territory region? See here: https://cloudup.com/cHLUWxuh1RN

This is how shipping rates show up now: https://cloudup.com/cvxVSLUyQdH (no region on the “outside BC” rate).

And it says it’s disapproved or invalid for “Canada” https://cloudup.com/c3M_mblWunk

Moreover, we have three products that meet the ‘free over $200 in BC’ shipping rate. However, they then show as invalid for US and Canada: https://cloudup.com/cVcPHhXN6ib

It says they’re missing a value or region: https://cloudup.com/cYYqfKRlG1d

And only the BC shipping options show up: https://cloudup.com/cPVGOaFFgjg

    Why is this?

According to Google’s guidelines region’s are not at all supported for Canada. See: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324484?hl=en

    region
Submit a state, territory, or prefecture. This is supported for the United States, Australia, and Japan

So I am not entirely sure how the content of your feed looks like now but it should not contain regions for Canada at all.

Can your plugin not exclude regions for unsupported countries to avoid all these errors? They are causing us to have ineligibility for the Google merchant center programs.

It seems Google removed the shipping region requirements for France and Canada so we’ve just released a new version where this is no longer added for Canada and France. Can you update the plugin and give it a try?

    Same errors…

    Thread Starter joycegrace

    (@joycegrace)

Sorry, it seems like the invalid region error is gone. When I reprocess the feed and it shows up new, it seems like Google doesn’t actually ‘see’ the new feed right away, or remove errors… I checked the next day and they seem gone.

However, we still have the problem of the USA shipping disappearing when an item meets a free shipping threshold for our local area.

    E.g. Item is $285.

Free shipping in our province for over $200 qualifies it for free shipping.

However, shipping is not free everywhere else.

So the value shows as invalid in the Google Feed. The USA shipping rates just don’t show up at all. https://cloudup.com/cRbO8S4JDHr
These are the shipping options https://cloudup.com/cED_HmHVjTU

But they should look like this, like our other products: https://cloudup.com/cdFbupWl03m

And now on one of our product bundles we’re getting a message that the local and national pricing is different on the product itself? This is not the case at all: https://cloudup.com/cdpv9DQGRXp. I”m not sure if this is related or needs a new thread.

Hello, I have updated the plugin, refreshed the feed, reprocessed in Google Merchant Centre and still getting errors. Can someone get back to us?

Are you able to provide a response to my questions?

I figured my most recent, separate, post was actually something new happening. But it was an extension of this discussion, which went on for months, which started as something different.

    nonetheless, can someone please reply?

It’s been over 1.5 months now. And this is the only message I’ve heard.

@jdembowski where is the message you’ve archived? It took me a long time to compose that and gather all info necessary. It would help to reference it, even if you want me to continue here.

    Thank you.

    Hi Joyce,

Did you ever figure this out or hack through it? We are having the same issues and would hugely appreciate any suggestions. It has currently wasted around 5 days of time and we are about to just give up on the Google Merchant Center stuff as we are NO closer to having this working. It really is insanely difficult to just get some products to appear on Google if you are a small retailer and especially a Canadian one. Just spending all day every day chasing obscure “errors” around with zero help from GMC, even Googling it just brought us to this thread which is the best information yet but hardly helpful.

    Thnaks.

    Hi,

Can you please open a new topic and describe the exact issues you are experiencing and share the Google Shopping notifications you are getting in you merchant center?
