    I have set up the plugin per instructions. The API is “ok” and no debug messages display. The cart either displays the fallback or, if disabled, the statement, “There are no shipping methods available.” I have checked that the shipping method is set up correctly.

    The custom origin is zipcode 74401 USA. I tested with the ship to zipcode 73401 USA.
    I am running the most current version of wordpress and woocommerce.

    I appreciate any help you can provide.

    I was able to produce some debug messages when I enable both the plugin debug and the shipping options page debug:

    UPS Fallback disabled!
    UPS Exception: no rates added.

    When I disable woocommerce shipping debug and leave your plugin debug mode enabled, I no longer get those messages. Instead, I get the default, “No methods available.” on the cart page. I noticed on the checkout page in the shipping section it says, “Enter your full address to see shipping costs.”

    One last note, I found this message on the UPS admin page:

    API StatusUPS API connection: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    I refreshed the page and it went back to “OK”

    Please check your shipping zones. Make sure that your shipping address (73401 USA) matches your shipping zone.

    -and I got an exception in debug stating that the address is unavailable: https://snag.gy/4SyBxa.jpg

    So I deleted the (US) and left each state individually: https://snag.gy/bjX3Qn.jpg
    -and this time I got exception, no rates added: https://snag.gy/pKGyfi.jpg

    I checked my UPS credentials. My API status still says “OK”.

    Any suggestions?
    I will be putting the site into maintenance mode intermittently. Let me know if you need it live.

    we have just released a new version of the plugin. This update resolves your issue.

    Please update the UPS Shipping plugin.

    Here’s the changelog:”
    * Fixed number change when sequential order numbering is used
    * Show access point fallback rate only when no standard rates added
    * Enable custom services by default
    * Fixed fatal error on countries select box
