• Installed woocommerce for wordpress.

Is there any way that I can put calculated rates on woocommerce by myself such as $0.10/g and the total shipping rates will be $10 (we can select which countries at this rates)

This is an option for people who don’t want to install real-time shipping method plugin such as DHL, UPS, that need to pay monthly/yearly subscription.

  • Specialized shipping rates can be accomplished using the table rate shipping plugin available from woothemes. It is a paid plugin but well worth it if you are doing complex calculations per item, per order, per product type, per weight, per price, etc.

    Hi,

There are a bunch of plugin available that allow you to setup shipping rates based on your own needs.

There are a few basic free plugins available here on w.org, as Bob mentioned, there’s also the Table rate shipping of WT.

Thanks Bob and Jeroen, Since both of you said there are a bunch of plugin available that can be found on woothemes. I am checking them now.

@bob, I found from wooforce too, they also offer paid plugin, but annual fee incurred.
Woothemes I am not sure if it incur annual fee or just one-time payment.

@jeroen, I am currently finding free plugin with no annual fee for custom shipping rate. We just put shipping rates based on the weight and countries. For example I am the one who put the cost per gram. $0.10/g and after checkout of 100g, total shipping cost is $10. We can manually put this cost to selected countries.
Maybe we want to put another items costing $0.20/g, we are the one who manually put the cost per gram to selected countries.

I understand we need to pay annual fee for DHL, UPS integration, etc because it is LIVE shipping rate.

In case you know any link. kindly share ??
