Shipping rates do not match with the Canada Post charges

    Hello,

    The shipping prices listed on Canada Post account doesn’t match with the prices calculated at the checkout on our website. It’s a significant difference.

    Example:
    1) Website charged $35.67+GST = $37.45
    Canada Post charged $25.88 + GST = $27.17 (which is actually correct)

    2) Website charged $47.43 + GST = $49.80
    Canada Post charged $30.41 + HST = $34.97

    Please help ASAP as my customers are suffering this issue a lot and this might reduce my sales.

    Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help out here if I can.

    What I need to do is reproduce what you’re seeing on your side, so lets focus on example #1.

    Can you tell me the following.

    1) Weight and size of the product in the cart.
    2) Are you using the free or premium version. If premium, is the plugin in box mode? If it is, please tell me the sizes of the boxes you have defined.
    3) What is the postal code on the settings page you’re shipping from?
    4) What is the postal code on the cart page you’re shipping to?

    Looking forward to hearing back. I do have to head out for a few hours here, but will check back this evening to see if you’ve replied.

    Hello Team,

    Sorry for late reply.

    Actually I changed the unit of weight and probably it will work. But I am waiting from my client’s confirmation. If confirmed from him then my issue will be resolved.
