Shipping Rates Error

    While trying to checkout, my customers are unable to get shipping rates. They get this error “There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.” How do I resolve this? I’ve gone through the forum, but I see nothing that would help me resolve this issue. I’ve even deactivated plugins and made sure that the shipping address was correct. Nothing works. I need this resolved ASAP. Any help would be appreciated.

  • Hi,

    Please make sure you have weight and dimension in the products, and in the plugin settings under the Username field, you need to enter the USPS WebToolsID which you get after registering with USPS.
