    Hi All…

    We are not getting correct rates from UPS

    Our rates are too low…

    Can someone help us?

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    This the basic(free) version of UPS plugin. In this version, we don’t have any option for Ship to Residential address.

    You can have this option by upgrading it to the premium version.

    Apologies for my previous reply.
    From the API request, we can see that you have opted for negotiated rates.
    We request you to disable it from plugin settings and then try.

    If the issue persists, kindly provide a screenshot of the UPS calculator rates with the same details as in your last reply.
    We will analyze them and let you know.
