Shipping removed from order

    Hi, I have an issue with the shipping cost being stripped from the orders. I have reached out to Shiptime.com (the plugin I use to calculate shipping with live rates) but thought I would also reach out here.

    When I place the order and choose the shipping address, it allows me to choose from a variety of carriers. I complete the order without any issues, but the order confirmation removes the shipping and only charges the items and taxes.

    The order shows on the Shiptime dashboard, but shows this error message: Missing or Incorrect data to generate shipping label!

    I’m not sure if it’s a woocommerce issue, or a shiptime issue?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I understand the shipping methods that are coming from Shiptime.com are getting removed from the order confirmation page. However, they appear fine on the cart/checkout page.

    If that’s the case, you need to reach out to the plugin support for that, as it seems like the issue is coming from the plugin end.

    Hi Daniyal,

    The shipping rates are fine on the cart page, however, not on the checkout/order-received page. Once I place the order, it removes the shipping rate and reverts to local pickkup.

    Could you temporarily add a default shipping method such as free shipping and see if you get the same behavior?

    If the shipping method is stripped only when a live shipping rate is selected, then the issue is directly related to the plugin that connects your store to Shiptime. In that case, I’d suggest reaching out to the plugin developer for further assistance.
