Shipping service provider is not filled automatically

Hello, I have different shipping conditions for my webshop. I handle one by using the core “free shipping” function of woocommerce. That on works fine. For calculating shipping costs i use the plugin “table rate shipping for woocommerce” by bolderelements. Inside I can define more complex conditions on shipping fees for my products. I currently use WC 3.7.1. Now the problem: I cannot define dhl as shipping provider for orders with calculated shipping fees. The fields are listed but there is no option to fill them out. As a result when somebody orders in my shop and he needs to pay for shipping there is no shipping service provider filled in the order in woocommerce (there should be dhl autofilled in order to create shipping labels): https://imgur.com/a/0al0Qf9
I cloned my site and updated WordPress aswell as WooCommerce an all extensions to the latest version. I also ran through all database updates. Still the same problem occurs.

I really need to fix this, so I am able to update my systems to the newest version.
