Shipping Services – Same options for all zone showing

With the Connect version and this Services upgrade, the only shipping zones I’ve added are USA, Canada and International (or all other parts of the world).
When going into each one, for example the USA one, it shows all the international options as well. The first time we saw this, we thought that meant those were global fields since all the numbers of services in each zone were all the same by default. We thought if we changed one, it would reflect in the others and that the stateside ones would only apply to the states, international would only apply to international, etc…
When thinking about it further, it would seem that yes, all options showing only apply to the zone you’re in so just uncheck all the international ones that don’t apply and just check the USA ones that do – if in the USA zone for example.
However, in some tests adding products to cart, the USA zone has no international options, but it would bring up an international express rate even though it was unchecked. And the billing and shipping address were both USA.
So apparently, there is some conflict somewhere.
Sometimes unchecking a service would remove that shipping option but sometimes it would actually ADD that option – didn’t make sense.
Just a suggestion that would make it more user friendly – I think it would be awesome that if we made a USA shipping zone that when we go into select services, only ones that are applicable to USA would actually show up without seeing any international options and visa versa. In International, only one would show up that are applicable and no USA ones.
I think it would remove any possible confusion and would let the store manager simply see what services applies to that shipping zone.
Just some personal feedback that I hope is useful.
